Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, has witnessed repeated airstrikes and had only recently been freed from Russian troops by the Ukrainian army. On 24 February, Russian troops had invaded Ukrainian territory starting a conflict that has provoked destruction and a humanitarian crisis since. “Njerëzit po kthehen në qytetin e Kharkiv, të paktën 2000 persona kthehen çdo ditë. Tani duhet të zgjidhim problemet e strehimit, sepse rreth 4000-5000 njerëz jetojnë ende në metro.
Duhet të sigurojmë të paktën strehim të përkohshëm në pritje të ndërtimit të të rejave”, shtoi ai.
